No-Refund & Digital Goods Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026 — Effective immediately upon purchase

1. Digital Asset Immutability & Final Sale

By purchasing the TitiLisa Software Core License ($999 One-Time) or subscribing to the Automated Update Pipeline ($59/Month), the Licensee explicitly acknowledges and agrees that all transactions are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.

Because the Software is delivered via an immediate digital download containing the unencrypted, compilable, and self-hostable source code, the asset cannot be "returned" or "inactivated" once downloaded. The nature of source code delivery makes it impossible to verify that a buyer has deleted all copies, rendering traditional refund mechanics inapplicable.

2. Software Functionality & Exclusions from Warranty

The Licensor provides access to the source code as-is. Refunds will not be granted under any of the following technical or commercial scenarios:

  • Platform Changes: If a third-party social network (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) updates its website architecture, API rules, or DOM structures, causing a temporary lapse in automation functionality. Correction paths are handled strictly via the optional $59/month Automated Update Pipeline.
  • Buyer Infrastructure Failure: If the user fails to correctly configure their Virtual Private Server (VPS), mismanages their Coolify orchestration instance, or inputs faulty residential/mobile proxy credentials.
  • Account Sanctions: If the licensee's primary or satellite accounts are flagged, shadowbanned, or permanently deleted by social networks due to aggressive interaction configurations.
  • Feature Expectations: If the buyer's expectations of the software's capabilities differ from the documented feature set available at the time of purchase.
  • Compatibility Issues: If the buyer's hardware, operating system, or hosting environment does not meet the minimum deployment requirements.

3. Chargeback Dispute Insulation

Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent credit card chargeback or PayPal dispute for a successfully delivered digital asset will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your API license key, termination of the Automated Update Pipeline, and reporting of the buyer's metadata to asset fraud protection databases.

We maintain comprehensive delivery logs including download timestamps, IP addresses, and license activation records that will be presented as evidence in any dispute resolution process.

4. Automated Update Pipeline Cancellation

The optional $59/month Automated Update Pipeline subscription may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Access to automated updates, DOM correction patches, and new feature releases will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • The core software license remains valid and perpetual — only the update stream is terminated.
  • No partial-month refunds will be issued for early cancellation.
  • Previously downloaded updates remain usable under the original license terms.

5. Pre-Purchase Due Diligence

We strongly encourage all prospective buyers to:

  • Review the complete feature documentation and system requirements before purchasing.
  • Verify that their VPS infrastructure meets the minimum deployment specifications.
  • Understand that social media automation carries inherent risks including account restrictions.
  • Contact our support team at mediaxtremeusa@gmail.com with any pre-purchase questions.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

This No-Refund Policy is governed by applicable digital goods consumer protection laws. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety prior to payment.
